The SteriPEN Journey was named Best Travel Gadget in 2009 by Travel + Leisure magazine

2008 Outdoor Industry Award

The Outdoor Industry Awards are announced each year at the Outdoor Show in Friedrichshafen, Germany. The awards recognize innovation and design in the Outdoor Industry and companies submit their best products to compete for this honor. 280 entries were submitted this year from 25 countries. SteriPEN Journey was chosen as one of the 27 award winning products.

Outdoor Industry Award

Each year, manufacturers in the outdoor industry submit the best of their new products to compete for the Outdoor Industry Awards. In 2007, manufacturers submitted 205 products and the expert judges from the outdoor industry selected 30 of these to be recognized with awards. SteriPEN Adventurer was chosen as one of these 30 elite products.

Buyers' Forum Seal of Approval

Frontier Brands is a magazine serving the travel retail industry. They hold a competition, called the Buyer's Forum, periodically to find leading products for travel retailers. The judges are three senior buyers from leading travel retailers. In 2007, the panel selected the SteriPEN Traveler as an outstanding product.

Derryck Draper Award

Each year, the Outdoor Writer's Guild of the United Kingdom has an annual meeting. As part of this conference, they select one product in the outdoor industry as the most innovative item for outdoor use. In 2006, SteriPEN Classic received their recognition as the outstanding product of the year in the UK.
